What is happening to the former Kanata Lakes golf course?
Short answer
The City maintains a redevelopment file for the former Kanata Lakes golf course at 7000 Campeau Drive. Its FAQ explains that draft subdivision approval is conditional and does not itself authorize housing construction.
As of · Updated
The City currently asks residents to respect signs and stay off the former course because of site conditions following preliminary works.
Keep in mind. Status checked on 2026-10-30; read the City’s project page for subsequent decisions and notices.
